Communications Committee
The Communications Committee enhances CAI Alabama’s visibility and engagement by developing strategic messaging and promoting consistent, engaging communication across all platforms.
The committee provides input for the chapter’s social media, website, and newsletters, helping craft compelling stories that highlight our mission, members, and community impact. In addition to communications efforts, the committee helps strengthen member connections by assisting with welcome letters, outreach to new and prospective members, and re-engagement of expired members.
We welcome members from all regions to share their ideas and creativity. Committee meetings will be held via Zoom, making it easy for volunteers statewide to participate.

Golf Committee
The Golf Committee plans and hosts our Annual Golf Tournament, which is now planned to rotate among regions each year - Birmingham (2026), Gulf Coast (2027), and Huntsville (2028).
Committee members help make this one of our most enjoyable and successful events of the year! Responsibilities include securing sponsorships, promoting the tournament to current and prospective members, and engaging sponsors for door prizes, silent auction items, and grand prize giveaways. Members also assist with event setup, registration, sponsor hospitality, and on-site logistics the day of the tournament.
We welcome members from all regions to join the committee. Serving now is a great opportunity to gain experience and help ensure continued success as the tournament moves around the state. Committee meetings will be held via Zoom, making it easy for members statewide to participate.
