Get Involved in 2027!

Whether you're a homeowner leader, manager, or business partner, serving on a committee or regional council is a great way to connect with fellow members, share your talents, and help shape the future of CAI Alabama. We're excited to have you involved!

Making Your Selections
Please select all committees or regional councils that interest you. You may express interest in multiple opportunities, but members may ultimately serve on a maximum of two committees/councils.

Communications Committee

Supports CAI Alabama's social media, website, newsletters and chapter storytelling. The committee will also help promote the 2027 Best of Alabama Communities Awards nominations, participating communities, sponsors and award recognition.

Members may also assist with developing creative content and sharing chapter success stories.

Committee meetings will be held via Zoom, making it easy for volunteers statewide to participate.

Golf Committee

The Golf Committee plans and hosts our Annual Golf Tournament. The 2027 Golf Tournament will take place at the Gulf Coast.

Committee members help make this one of our most enjoyable and successful events of the year! Responsibilities include securing sponsorships, promoting the tournament to current and prospective members, and engaging sponsors for door prizes, silent auction items, and grand prize giveaways. Members also assist with event setup, registration, sponsor hospitality, and on-site logistics the day of the tournament.

We welcome members from all regions to join the committee. Serving now is a great opportunity to gain experience and help ensure continued success as the tournament moves around the state.

Condominium Education Committee NEW FOR 2027

Identifies educational needs specific to Alabama condominium communities and recommends programs, speakers and practical resources for condominium board members and managers. The committee will help expand condominium-focused education and strengthen participation from condominium communities across the state.

Committee meetings will be held via Zoom, making it easy for volunteers statewide to participate.

Membership Engagement Committee NEW FOR 2027

Welcomes new members, encourages involvement, personally invites current and prospective members to chapter programs and supports coordinated outreach and re-engagement efforts across the state. Members will help create a friendly, personal connection that encourages continued participation in CAI Alabama.

Committee meetings will be held via Zoom, making it easy for volunteers statewide to participate.

Regional Councils

CAI Alabama maintains four Regional Councils to plan and support educational, networking and serve opportunities within their regions. Each Council brings together managers, business partners, and homeowner leaders to strengthen community engagement and member connections across the region.

Council members may serve on only one Council at a time and should reside or work within their respective regional area.

Each Council is involved in planning regional events including finding appropriate event venues, topics and speakers, securing sponsorships, promoting events to current and prospective members. Assists in all aspects of set up, registration, sponsor assistance and other duties on the day of events. Serve as new-member welcome ambassadors for members in their geographic area.
